Hope for the Day
Hope For The Day (HFTD) focuses on suicide prevention and mental health education through self expression platforms to achieve outreach, education, and prevention. It’s ok not to be ok, have hope.
You don't have to be positive all the time. It's perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, and anxious. Having feelings doesn't make you a "negative person". It makes you human.
